Cancellation

A. Before packing

Cancel through Track & Support while the order is still in the pre-pack queue. Approved cancels refund to the original payment method.

B. After label print

Once a courier label exists, cancellation is generally closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and spoilage risk can reduce any refund.

C. COD refusals

Repeated COD refusals without a documented fault may pause COD eligibility on the account.

D. Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days; UPI/bank posting times vary by provider.
