C. How we use it

• Sign-in security and duplicate-account blocking.
• Picking, packing, and handing parcels to courier partners.
• Transactional mail about dispatch, delivery attempts, and refunds.
• GST and bookkeeping duties where the law requires retention.

D. Retention

Commerce records stay for the statutory window. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn by writing to support@greenpetroleumservices.in from your registered inbox.

E. Your controls

Request a copy, correction, or deletion (subject to legal holds) by emailing support@greenpetroleumservices.in. We verify ownership against the registered address before releasing data.

F. Safeguards

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card rails are handled by certified gateways; full card numbers are never stored on GREEN PETROLEUM SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED servers.
